    Hi All :) Alarm off, get in, key in ignition, turn on No hi vis dash!, turn key, starter cranks, but doesn't fire up. I can hear the radiator fans on when key goes to ignition. Checked with my alarm guy and he said if the led is off then the alarm is disabled and so is the immobiliser, so I'm pretty sure its not my alarm. Any info or assistance welcome.     Paid for this beauty today, to be collected shortly. Only 2 previous owners, had new arches fairly recently. Solid underneath, interior is in great condition. Was a long wait but very happy. Not a VR4 but will be a daily driver, so the more sensible option. 20 years old and still absolutely stunning.

    I know it is outdated, but maybe just FYI, I used an Arduino to convert the PLX wideband AFR to AEM protocol, so that on the EvoScan can log as AEM AFR data. To do that, assuming you have experience on Arduino, and if now, it's better to google or youtube for tutorial because it is actually very simple. Hardware: normal 3.5mm headphone jack plug Arduino supported board, eg, I use ESP32 dev board which is cheaper and faster. Software: Arduino IDE.

    Hi, my ~70k kms PFL Legnum AT has started showing some concerning transmission behavior. Seems to be getting worse and collecting more issues as ambient temps increase toward summer. All three of these things seem to only happen after warming up to a normal operating temp. Everything works fine when cold: Symptom 1: Hard 1-2 shifts after driving awhile (at least 15-20 minutes) This was the only issue for awhile, a few months.     Hi There I am installing rear windshield with rear wiper assy on my Galant and and very confuse how to put the rear wiper hose back on its original place under rear speaker deck.     All of these symptoms sounds like old or bad or incorrect fluid. If you are not sure of the state of the fluid, get it changed to something you know is good and correct, I would strongly recommend Amsoil ATF, and be sure to perform a full flush https://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?10475-ATF-Filter-flush-and-change-(VR-4)&highlight=gearbox+oil+change

    Your first port of call would be a full gearbox oil flush, not just a drain and refill but a full flush with good decent oil like Amsoil. This could take up to 14 litres of oil before it runs true clear colour IIRC. THose more knowledgable will be along to show. I recall my low mileage Legnum when I first bought it had a tendency to slip slightly and then gear hang before eventually changing into gear with a 'slap' A full flush with Amsoil sorted this out and went on to survive to this...

    That means using onboard ECU ADC function, right? But would that slow down the MUT2 speed because of one more ID logging? Anyway, Link ECU is much better I guess.
