Shipping from Uk is very expensive at the moment after Brexit. Most couriers are not posting because of extra paper work. For example , sending the Strut Brace to Radek in Poland is estimated at £55 with Parcel Force compared to around £15 last year! We are struggling to find anyone else who will deliver hoping prices will come down very soon.

You *could* move your hub/bearings across - but unless it's nearly new, I'd just spend the £52.80 per side while it's all in bits. ABS sensors are interchangable - when they remove it from the vehicle, make sure that they disconnect the plug properly (not cut the wire!).

Confused will my bearing/hub face not fit to the hub carrier? I assume you mean these? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Front-Wheel-Bearing-Complete-Hub-for-Mitsubishi-Legnum-Galant-VR4-TT-EC5A-EC5A-/282545310080 I have the chance of some hub carriers from an 02 Galant estate, it has 4 stud wheels, would i have any problems with the ABS sensor or anything else thats not a straight swap? Obviously Id rather just buy some facelift front carriers/hubs but I am struggling. ps, sorry fpr the...

Any facelift. If you get one from a 4-stud, you'll need to replace the bearing/hub face. However, I'd highly recommend replacing the bearing/hub face anyway, it's a small expense, and you're already doing most of the labour to take them off, so may as well put new bearings in there and know it's good for another 10 years/100,000 miles.

Another question I’ll probably get shouted at for asking without searching but the newer galant hub carriers do they have to be from 5 stud wheels, I assume they do? I like sparking conversation in here even if it is to call me a dimwit!!

They might be a tiny bit wide. I would think they would clear Brembos no probs. With 235 and above wide tyres, you will probably get some rubbing at the rear, if they don't catch anything else, that is.

The price for VR4 has really picked up!. I recently saw a white city with 90,000 kms very clean, no rust, in japan for £5000, which would make it roughly £7000 ready in UK.

The strangest thing...4 Galant's have just popped up on my eBay saved searches. All from the same dealer too. What I can't work out is what's going on with them, a quick MOT check shows the mileages quoted on adverts are very different, and some haven't been on the road for years! Surely it can't be a scammer with such a niche car... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/154299421576 Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk

Could I be so bold as to ask if the experienced clever chaps on here would know if the following wheels would fit a pre facelift Legnum and clear Brembos? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XXR-530-18-x-8-75-ET33-5x100-5x114-3-Chrome-Black-Concave-Alloy-Wheels-JDM-Euro/272795031351?hash=item3f83d9d737:g:fFUAAOSwq1NZiLDD Many thanks in advance. Like most things i come up with it was an idea to try but never got round to it. there are braided flex pipes you can buy now on ebay that are about £70 a pair, but they would make the connection from a pump in the boot to the back of the diff. but reservoir will still have to higher than the pump as it gravity feeds the pump when needed.
