Hello All, I'm hoping your experience will point me in the right direction : During lockdown I'm managing to move my project forward and i'm on the look out for a Standalone ecu. So I've squeezed a VR4 lump into my track FTO and I'm running a single turbo. I am trying to find a standalone ecu for the project but I'm on a budget, I'm not overly concerned About buying the newest/latest tech I just want something capable. I have pretty much dismissed anything that comes from a 4 pot...

Evening all, Getting around to rebuilding the 6a13tt ready for the FTO. Have fitted the ARP head studs and nuts just wanting to double check what people have torqued these up to? Did you go with the 20nm + 90* + 90* OR 20nm + 120* + 120* Thank you.

So my Legnum Vr4 is on the boat here to Canada, and i have been getting parts in to get it ready for it. One of the big things needed are LHD compatible headlights, which there are not many options. From other threads i have found online Non US Galant headlights supposedly fit. So I ordered lights for an EA0 which look correct, but now i have them and the brackets do not appear to be the same as well as the wiring is wrong. will these even fit once my car gets here or should i send them...

Hello everyone, I'm a long time JDM fan and am looking to import a Legnum VR4 here soon. Currently trying to sell another one of my cars to clear up the garage space. I'm in talks with a company to have a Legnum VR4 imported. So unfortunately I do not have a VR4 at this time but given I've never even seen a Legnum in person I figured I should pop in and ask questions before I commit to a car I didn't test drive first. Anyway some bits about me. I'm in the Dallas area, I work in IT...

Hello everyone. So I'm looking at buying a 96 Legnum VR4. Heres the catch though. I'm in the US... So I have some questions that I can't seem to find anywhere else and just wanted to ask about them here. When I try to look up information on the Legnum I get redirected to pages concerning the Galant which the only option we got on that here was the i4. I apologize if the terms I may use are "wrong". For example yall call 4 door cars Saloons and in the US they're called Sedans. So...

Towbar for a legnum or galant estate. Not sure if it will fit a saloon. Has a short wire for the electric plug. Buy when I fitted it originally I bought a new plug with a longer wire on. Bit tatty but solid, and ya can't see it once fitted. Doesn't need modifying to fit around ayc pipes. £30 Probably best collected or could meet somewhere with it. Cheers Danny

Hi All. Can someone with COTY badges please measure them and give me the exact dimensions. Height: Width: Thickness: Measurement of each side: General description. Are the edges curved etc. Are they holographic in anyway or is the image flat?.

Hi Guys . Decided to take out the old pump today . I had to dig it out of all the sand and grit to get it out . I did think i would have to make a new carrier for it but under the underseal its was ok . A quick wire brush and a paint with converter . Getting some pipes made up locally so should all be done in the next week or so . Ian Sent from my SM-A705FN using Tapatalk

hi i would like to convert my ulez exempt 2003 galant v6 manual to either a vr4 twin turbo conversion or evo engine conversion both need to be 4wd though. which would be cheaper to do? . i also have a 1997 legnum vr4 auto an 1999 galant vr4 auto (both are not ulez exempt and rotten body's so good as doner parts cars) ready for the conversion from my understanding apparently the non vr4 galants have a slightly different underbody for the diff/prop shaft i would like any advice if possible...

Think they were standard in the galant sport. It's the sightly green carbon. Got the vents, great surround and centre console. Not immaculate but decent condition. £50. Cheers Danny

Pwhite started a thread Baffled sumps in UK Chat
Afternoon all, hope everyone is keeping well. Have had a quick look through the previous threads regarding baffled sumps but no one seems to have ever had one or listed anywhere that has made one. I found the listing for Richard’s 6a13tt engine and that states custom baffled sump but no other info. I’m a little worried and wanting to go down this route due to the engine will be going into my FTO and used practically only on track and would like to try slicks BUT baffled is a must...

Hey guys! I could get hands on a Mitsubishi MUT II diagnostic tool for 120 Euros. Would it be worth it or can Evoscan + Modded OBDII cable do the same for less? (I already own evoscan, until now I was just to lazy to get that cable done). I don't want to pay 25 bucks every time a light flashes up. Did not happen in two years but who knows? Buy or not to buy? Thanks for your replies.

As per this thread I'm still after the U bolts that clip the rear folding seats on a Galant saloon for my JDM car with UK spec rear seats Annoyingly I did a deal with a guy on Facebook who was breaking a Galant and he chopped me out his, but then the Post Office lost the parcel on it's way to me!! Many thanks

I was out on the ice on a lake yeaterday, but I can’t get my Legnum to stop brake/control the front wheel when I’m playing...! Tried to remove ABS-fuse, AYC-fuse and two relay near the windshield, but no luck... What can I do to play, without warping the front discs? Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk

Here is a simple illustration of the OBD-II port located on the underside of the dash, near the driver's left knee: ---------------------------- \. .\ ..------------------------ Grounding pin 1 is the way to obtain any stored error codes. You can ground it to a chassis point, any other earth, or most usually (because it's closest and easiest) pin 4. I use a short piece of wire with stripped ends for the desired effect. A paperclip...
