Welcome!

The Vee has just that model and he is on the committee, so you can be assured we do cater for cars other than the VR4. This weekend, The Vee will be mostly at the Nurburgring! Probably showing the VR4's how to do it!!

Hope you enjoy your stay.

Yes, had this with all three of my Galants /grr - And the end result was usually the same

lol

not sure how it can look like an old man's car though compared to an astra bog standard

you dont see many old men driving a galant, and my colleague owns a 1998 Audi S8 (now that is QUICK!) and he gets the same accusation.

common factor.. performance cars, saloons, uncommon, breeders of jealousy! ;)

on ebay now thinking bout ralliart oil caps and ralliart stickers... hmmmm

Is your name anything to do with a metal band of the same name at all?

It's not THAT small!! - takes up about the same floor area as an older ford escort (the Mk.3 or Mk4).

But it's the oldest in the club - And, simply through being a 70's pillarless coupe, it's also the coolest! :smug:

yeh i am a big fan of devin townsend and his work, hence my nick on here (as is on many other forums)

most of the cd's in the galant are either SYL or devin's other projects, wife does not like it one bit!

 Bonus! so when people ask me how old mine is (i've private plated it) I can tell them the year with pride and point out it's definitely not the oldest in Nottingham :2thumbsup

^This and your username made me think you were a young whippersnapper being picked on for having a 'grown-ups' car. A quick bit of research shows that you're in your thirties - and therefore shouldn't be bothered about these things, you got a great car regardless of your age :2thumbsup

There is an old mans car in the Galant range it's the one with the extra load space. /STP

lmfao!

you must admit though that the model with the bigger bum doesnt look as bad as the majority of big bum cars out there.

one of the worst ive seen is the corolla estate (there is one in work) jeez thats got a serious case of the uglies.
