What engine oil do you use ?

Im sure theres a thread around /Hmmm about which engine oil to use but can i find it /pan /help

my oil needs changing fast, and i would like your recommendations. its mighty :embarasse
when i pull up next to much older cars and my engine sound is louder than theirs/duh :thumbsdow my saving grace is leaving em in the same spot when i pull off :happy:

The memebers area > library has the grade of oil in the servicing area (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5090).

I seem to remember some members using Halfrauds synthetic (particularly when it was BOGOF). I was thinking of getting som Amsoil when I ordered ATF - before my gearbox started leaking. May still do it when I have some cash again.
