Well, i'm off to Llandovery tomorrow for four days of mountain biking, drinking copious amounts of alchohol and burning sh*te food on the barbeque.

I'll try to take lots of pics, but i'll need help in uploading them if anyones interested.

Think of me hurling down the likes of Rhayader over the weekend won't you!

Yup, did Lyn Brianne, good call SYL. We went around the Resevoir and then down into the Doethie Valley which was amazing. We also got up to Tirabad, and down to Landeilo for rides over the weekend.

I came a croper at one point but was nothing compared to a mate who upended himseld and landed on his face. 3 hours in casualty, a broken nose and hand later and he was counting his lucky stars it wasn't much worse.

No lap dancing clubs and only one indian restaurant in the area meant for a pretty sedate weekend, but the riding was excellent.

So, how do i post pics o here then?
