AYC Fluid

Just been to Mitsi Garage to buy some AYC Fluid!!! Guess what.

They dont use ayc fluid on evo's etc since last week. They now saying SPIII whic is Dexron III ATF Fluid is beeing used!

Mitsubishi part number 1.7 liters of MZ312096 which is listed as AYC DIFF&RES OIL and same sheet shows 8.9 liters of MZ312096 is used for A/BOX OIL

so Dexron III or Mitsi calls SPIII is now good for for AYC Fluid change??

any comments or detailed info?

OOOh BTW after trying 45 mins they still wont service mine!!

I used Dexron III on my evo around 2years ago now. I did 10k and the new owner has done around 15k and everything is just fine, going by that it seems to work well :2thumbsup
