FS Legnum VR4 1998 52000 miles

This is a really good looking vr4, metallic silver, the tail fin and skirts complete the lines of the car very nicely and the interior is good too with black leather throughout (recaro seats) and red carpets These colours are repeated on the momo steering wheel/gear/handbreak and has a carbon central consol.

History

I am the sole uk owner having acquired it through offical Ralliart/Mitsubishi import dealer.

Service History

It has full mitsubishi servce history and recently undergone the 50000 mile service which inlcuded replacement of the timing belt and new break pads. Also new spark plugs oil change etc.

The gear box failed about six months ago so a new one has been fitted and is warrantied for approx another six months.

ABS, AYC, Tiptronic, Rear fog, Airbags.
Cat 1 alarm and immobilser
Rear parking sensors

Standard vr4 alloys

Yep - Prefacelift with momo wheel and matching handbrake/gearlever. Rear spoiler, skirts back and side, headlights, chrome on the tailgate, red carpet, defo a Super VR4.

And may I also say that on the face of it, a BOBBY BARGAIN!!!

Looks like a nice car - hope you enjoyed it and the next owner does too.

Yes it is a Super VR4. So mine is not so rare now then. I agree with Big Dave.....too cheap.

Erm? Okay it's a Super VR-4, but a 1998 pre-facelift with 52,000 on the clock..... £6000 seems about right for a quick sale.

your spot on re front spoilers, one came off on the m way but with all the speed bumps in london i decided better to lose the other than replace, did look much better before though. oh how i long for country roads!

I have really appreciated all the feed back on this site and now feel a bit guilty about slating the wood finish interiors, their ok really!

with the comments on price i took it to a main jap importer in hendon and the man their said he thought it was 8k so it looks like i have really underquoted. On the upside it should generate some extra interest and maybe ill have a bidding war! i do need to sell so soem one may get a bargain.

thanks, i really appreciate the feedback, I etsimated value from autotrader but didint take into account rarety and drop dead looks! guy at jem motors in hendon re evalkuated at 8k but i do need to sell so ill leave it as is and see what offers come in.

Careful.... It won't be a 'Genuine' UK model..... Too early. It will have been imported by an 'Official' Mitsubishi main dealer, but for insurance purposes, it's still an import - To be a 'Genuine' UK car, it would have had to be imported by Colt cars and sold brand new by the dealer.

J Tuner actually did a missprint. I did it in 5.89. That is what the guy told me on the day and printed in the last paragraph of my section in the mag.

I also think the big exhaust must be standard for the Super VR4 as it's the same as mine.
