Hi,
I have a Legnum halfcut 5speed Semi auto.
I want to turn it into a Manual.
I need a gearbox , clutch/preasure plate , drive shaft and rear differential.
Oh and Im in Australia :)
Can anyone help me find someone who would send it accros to me.
Any websites or emails of people to contact would be of great help.
Im coming accross for a family reunion in January for 1 week so I might be ablr to contact some people while Im there...
But being in Brisbane I have no idea who to contact.
Please Please help me :)

Thanks

Haydn

You could try these guys as they can sell spares:

Not sure what the price would be but I would expect it to be pretty high, you might be better off trying to find a wrecked one from Japan.

Thanks but I was hoping for some places in NZ as the shipping would be cheaper.
Would prefer wreckers or something like that.
Importers are ok but they tend to want to make alot of money.
But hey I want one so Im not too picky where I get one from .
Thanks

Not sure what your wreckers are like over there but most over here are bloody expensive. I recently got quoted over $1000 for a back door shell and a rear bumper. I ended up getting a bumper from Japan for about $200, shipping wasn't a problem as I had already bought a car so they stuck it in the boot. I'd hate to think what thoses parts will add up to but best of luck.

With regards to shipping keep in mind that there are plenty of ships which specialise in transporting vehicles and parts from Japan to New Zealand and the ship carrying the car I am currently waiting for is stopping off in Brisbane on it's way so it may not work out too bad.
