any idea on why my car vibrates if I slowly step on the brake especially if I'm running 80k's or more an hr...'

Sounds like they need balancing dude.
Take them in to a brake shop and they'll skim them for you (if that IS the problem).
My rear rotors did exactly the same thing - ended up replacing them though...

It's probably not a tire balance issue if it occurs during braking at high speeds. Replace the front discs and pads. Don't machine or skim them, the problem will come back.

Warped discs dude - as above, replace before you start getting bearing/bush problems (from the vibrating)
Must be a Mitsis thing........had the same thing with My FTO, my VR4 and i even heard a guy at a meet on Sunday who had big probs with his EVO 7 !!
Lots of peeps report the probs m8 accross all the message boards dude!!!!
