How do I get the bloody bumper off the front? Ain't got a clue..

undo all the bolts that hold it on /pan

Searching for bumper and removing got me to this thread quite quickly. Consider yourself slapped!

The two bolts between the bumper and wing on the drivers side are a bit awkward to get at!!
