I've seen those before?? Either on a USDM Galant, or on the Mitsubishi Aspire (which is a Galant with chrome!)

Agree that they look rubbish. I think the slats add too many angles to the car and detract from the scowly headlamps.

But if you rip out the ugly chrome crap you get something like this which looks damned good.
