I am selling my "Galant Sports GT" 1994 on M plate with 61K.
Currently there is no MOT or Tax as it has been off road for 5 months and has a SORN notice on it.
Anyone with a serious interest and I would get it MOT’d if required.
5dr hatch, 2ltr v6 (6a12 engine), twin turbo, kicking out 240bhp, 4wheel drive, 5spd manual, 15 inch alloys (all four tyres done about 11k),
CD player, electric aerial, electric windows all round, electric folding mirrors, digital climate control, remote central locking, fitted Galant mats.
It has been fully serviced since import inc. cambelt, alternator belt & tensioner. Fluids etc. have been changed every 4000 miles.
Iridium plugs have also been fitted, plus new battery.
The car is clean, there are a couple of scratches but there is no rust, the underbody has all been sealed on import
The interior is good no rips and not too much wear
Price £1450. o.n.o
I can email photos if required.

Good grief - Thought you'd have sold this by now Tony!

For anyone wondering, this is Yan's (strangebat) old Sports GT - Lovely colour and very tidy indeed - Looked at buying it myself a bit since.

£1450 for that kind of performance is Stupid cheap!! /yes

Anyone got any bedtime reading links on these? can't find much out about them.

There isn't much out there.

My advice would be to open up a browser window and go to www.google.co.jp - Before you search, click the radio button on the search pane so it will return Jap pages only, then read them via the 'Excite' translator (I posted a thread on here somewhere if you search) or use babelfish.

Good things to search for would be 'Sports GT', 'E74A' or 'E84A'.

What is there you'd like to know?

I've been through three 7G VR4's, which are ALMOST identical to the hatch.

Differences - Hatch has no 4 wheel steering or rear LSD, however it does gain a much nicer interior. I'm yet to find a single difference otherwise. If it appeals to you - 16psi, exhaust / intake and a clutch that can handle it and i can guarantee it will be close to a 13 flat, if not a 12 second 1/4 mile. Great bang for your bucks here, and noone would expect it.

Other than that, you can find anything online if you look for 30 seconds ;)

Hi

Tony

:embarasse HIGHJACKER!
/yes ..yip for now anyways :rolleyes4 ..only had it 2 week's and 4 day's and i added: 18" alloy's, chrome grille, mud flap's, rear spoiler, 2001-light up-grade (all round), front spoiler, new mat's, wind deflectors, :inquisiti ehh! Mmm! /Hmmm ...O an a nice air freshner :rolleyes4 . Thinking about lowering it and to finish it off on the outside i'm after E39 Schnitzer mirror's and rear window spoiler
to be honest Tony, i got it at a price that i could not refuse i got it so much under market value that even with the extras ive added it's still cost less than one in it's condition from a trader/garage  also 280 miles for £30 of fuel aint bad going

what you after next? :inquisiti a 8G VR4 /Hmmm

Hi Ian
Currently not looking for another motor cos I am still clocking up the miles with the GTI.
I need to sell the GT Sports before next purchase due to lack of space & funds.

Hi Tony.
Have you still got your car for sale? I might be very interested (If I can bribe the wife!!).
If it is, where abouts in Wales are you? Has the car got the 4 wheel steering and the adjustable suspension (working correctly)?
I used to have a 7g VR4 salon and miss it so much!!!!!!!!!!

Many thanks, Chad.
