my recommendation is to go for a standard friction plate, and an evo8 pressure plate.

the evo 8 plate is about 4-500lb's up on the vr4 one.

if you go crazy and get a puk clutch you will find it wont last much more than 10'ks before needing to be replaced.

Cheers ABIM...The guys have put in a 6 puck, but I'm not too happy with it...it's making a metal to metal grinding noise plus impossible to get into gear at times....looking at an Exedy Twin Plate option. ...anyone know roughly the cost of these?
