Any help with the following; as per the SVA application form?

a) What is the maximum road speed? As per manufacturer spec

b) What is the RPM at which maximum engine power is produced?

The highest output (net) * 2 (PS/rpm) 280/5500
Largest torque (kg-m/rpm) 37.0/4000 Max speed 152mph from the same page.

you could quote 112mph/180kph because the cars are actually limited at that speed, and if it makes it any cheaper for you, it is worth a shot.

Of course you may take the limiter off, but they don't need to know that, just the existance of a limiter ;)
