Hi all, yet another newbie post on another owners club for me :), I am the new owner of Smokinmasta's 1997 Galant VR4. I must admit, I am very impressed with the car, the handling is just great. I have tried and tried to get it out of shape but, it just won't have it :).
Prior to this car I had a heavily modified Skyline R33 which, admittedly was much faster than the VR4, but, very very skittish in the twisties, this car is just plain fun and I like how well planted it stays.
I will be taking her to Santa Pod or Elvington thats for sure, and, have been out practising my drag launches today :), just need to fab up some sort or straight through turbo back exhaust (I am not a fan of quiet cars :) ) and go from there :).
Jake.

Only saw John's car once - seemed nice and tidy - mind you, most of them are. Welcome to the world of physics-defying cornering ability!

Cool, I know these cars are rare, but, only 2 in a county of 660,000 people, thats quite an achievement :)
