I know Response.End stops further events from firing on the HTTP pipeline and returning control back to the Web server. However, i am assuming that the line just prior to that will be processed? Even if it takes 5/10 seconds due to a fragmented sql Db?
Also, Im under the impression Response.End can have repocussions on a .NET framework, exceptions... forceably terminated threads etc... does anyone have any experience with such issues?
