If we meet at 8pm in the middle of November there will be a bit of light around for some photography, and a bit of time for a cruise too until 9:30 or so when we can start splitting up (heading for mermaids)

Under the bridge is a little difficult to get to as well, there are lots of easier places to get to as far as motorway access is concerned. We could meet up at the museum, or even somewhere along the waterfront?

Another good place to meet up might be at the end of The Strand in parnell where the volvo building is, there is a ton of parking there.

Thats a good point, we could cruise from mission bay through to the city, lots and lots of people would see our cars.

I'm keen for a cruise, so I'll be there with my VR-4, It's not as "bling" as brads or Shady's though, just your average WRX killer.

Uni pub afterwards sounds good too.

At this stage the plan would appear to be:

meet up at a place along the waterfront somewhere around mission bay, sometime around 8pm, with some people meeting up beforehand at Greenlane around say 7:30? Then we start cruising the streets, and finish up sometime around 11pm, and then those that want to can go to the Uni pub.

i'm just gonna go out on a limb here and put a start point map and rought up as for a finish point... mabey same as start???

map 1: meet point for every one at around 8.00ish then @ about 8.30 depart off through mission bay.

map 2: there's a good spot to turn a round and wait if ppl get caught in traffic then off to town.

as kiwi TT stated before theres a good chance that were going to get split up so what i suggest is a couple of meeting points such as muesim and the heli pad. So it could run like...
Leave start point through 2 mission bay then back to town, up queens st to muesim park for a little while then back down to heli pad for a little while etc etc /Hmmm /yes /Hmmm

I'm really not sure about how secure the parking is around the Uni pub. I know Princes St used to be a bad place to park your car (like a couple of years ago), but they may well have done something about it because it's very well lit now, especially down the pub end of the street.
I've played there 3 times before, and parked on the road, and haven't had any troubles...

well it looks like my cars out for the cruz i blew my diff and the warrenty company dont want to pay for it cause they say there's been heeps of mods done that shouldnt. i told them that i brought the car like that and they said it didnt matter so i have to ring the dealer ship and talk to them...... /grr :rifle: once i have to list of all the mods that arnt ment 2 b there...... sooooo if any of you restricted drivers need a fully licenced passenger i'm here :thumbsup:

wash my car,
put on wiper blades,
repair the front bumper + refit,
change all the spark plugs,
finish putting in my volt gauge,
re-run new wiring to inverter (for the xbox)
vaccum and clean it out,

and if i get really excited, move the air filter to its final location..
and do some piping from the front bumper for it.

so umm yeh.. ill be busy for at least a few hours.
