Let's have a little series of suggested upgrades that cost £100 or less. Yes, that's an absolute limit, so see what you can come up with.

My suggested £100 upgrade (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=11239) leaves £14.50 change.

I guess it depends if you are trying to go for a pure performance mod or if you are actually concerned about the car as a whole. For turbo guys I guess you could call a manual boost controller a cheap and great upgrade for better performance, but with little regard for anything else.

A Decat pipe would have to be up there too, and tinting the front windows is great value too.

If I had £100 right now, i would go for a K&N filter and import a VR4 spoiler from USA

or get a ne SS back box (if £100 would cover it)

The K&N would make FA difference.

Braided hoses, Motul fluid and a set of pads on the other hand, would.

The best £100 upgrade for me is 2 tanks of optimax a week!

:)
Have you tried Tesco 99 RON yet?
93.9p a litre down here and I'm convinced the car's running smoother.

We can't get it this far north - It's a southern England trial only... :(

Yup - IIRC the Reading Tesco Extra (near the BMW dealer) was the first to get it.
