I've been a VR4 owner and CVR4 member for nearly a year now ..... and yet I feel like I hardly now some of you. So I propose a Club VR4 social census:
We've got lists of Legnums/Saloons, colours, mods etc so now five questions about you - five answers each, and lets see how much more we can find out about one another:

1. What is your favourite restaurant?
2. What are your hobbies (other than spending money on your car)?
3. What is the next concert you are going to see?
4. Who is your hero?
5. Grape or grain?

1. What is your favourite restaurant?

J Jays Restaurant - Indian - Hagley Road, Birmingham

2. What are your hobbies (other than spending money on your car)?

Skiing - AFAIK or care nothing compares

3. What is the next concert you are going to see?

Jamie Cullum (NIA) then Ian Brown (NEC) then Hard-Fi (Astoria)

4. Who is your hero?

Linford Christie - anyone who can hold up the olympics (without lying on the track) and be right is a true star, as well as a bunch of other stuff. He'd always said he goes on the B of Bang.

5. Grape or grain?

Guiness - but then again I'll drink anything given the right company.

1. What is your favourite restaurant?

Hmmm..... Variety is the spice of life! I don't think I have a favourite restaurant. Sometimes I think too much can be spent on posh food. I enjoy pretty much all restaurants I dine in, from pubs to expensive French places! If I had to choose, it would be the Taj curry house on Bristol Street. But as much to do with student memories as the excellent curries they do.

2. What are your hobbies (other than spending money on your car)?

It was music and HiFi. I listen to less now than I used to, although Pink Floyd The Wall still sounds brilliant through my KEF Reference.

3. What is the next concert you are going to see?

Nothing booked yet, but we have some gift vouchers we need to book. I am thinking about a ballet - Vicky used to do a lot of dancing years ago and I will appreciate the music. Never been to a ballet so it will be a new experience!

4. Who is your hero?

Don't think I have one. I admire traits in people rather than people themselves. I admire Billy Connolly's humour, Michael Schumachers driving ability, even Stellios's extravagant but successful business sense.

5. Grape or grain?

Both. Not a huge white wine fan, but appreciate some. Enjoy a good red wine - share a bottle of red wih Vicky most nights. If we are in a pub it's ale every time. Lager is a last resort!!

Who's next?
