I've not yet found a comprehensive statement with regards to what bulbs are used, so you may found this useful:
My headlights are a '96 Legnum with a '99 Facelift bumper (UK Supplied I think, if that makes any difference)
My dipped beam is an H7
My main beam is an H1
The Fog lights (inner) turned out to be H3's.
The outer turn lights are standard bayonet indicator-type bulb
The parking lights were BA9S small caps.
