Problems Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Guys, need help my mitsu dealer says that my pump works but when the hook up to their machines they cannot activate the pump, when i start the car i hear a whining sound from the ayc then the warning light comes on any ideas and only 5 Evos here with ayc so it is kinda hard for them to diagnose my problem.
Brought it in this morning checkengine light on again no tcl.

Please help /help

Or which country?! Sounds like Kieran could be right. The VR4 doesn't work in quite the same way as the Evo, although the systems are very similar. Go to the MLR - www.lancerregister.co.uk and find a user called roger rally. If he can help he will and he knows more about AYC than anyone else I have spoken to.
