Spoiler light or reverse light

Now that the days are really dark, I'm having trouble reversing because the rear spoiler brake light intensity overwhelms the white reverse light, and our eyes aren't exactly built to see in red.

Does anyone have this problem, or tried installing a mega bright white reverse light bulb?
