Descent Dealer in the north

I'm very concerned about taking my VR-4 my current dealer as I have no confidence in them. They seem to take the car in and the car comes back with exactly the same fault. At one point, after a service, it came back with really notchy transmission INSERT INTO post VALUES (manual) and they told me that it was that the viscosity was different to the factory.
I'm looking for a good dealer in the north INSERT INTO post VALUES (by north I mean northumberland, durham, and higher) who you think is really good, will be straight with me and let me see what they do to it if I should ask. Does anyone have any recommendations ?

You don't say who the "bad" dealer is but I get good service from Oakley in Staindrop. Tel: 01388 832514

I have also had very bad service and lies from Pearsons in Newcastle and would not go back.

cool, pearson is the dealer i've had problems with. Oakley is in durham right ?

Oakley is in Staindrop County Durham. Close to the A68 / A688 junction
