Gets VERY busy for these meets so I'm not suggesting we gategrash, but the venue itself is pretty good as it's just off the M6 and very convenient for M56 and M62, decent size car-park, and does OK food. Just a suggestion...

Mmmmm tunnels... the Romper (pub) is half a mile from the airport tunnels, straight off the M56, A538 turnoff.
Perfect meeting place - easy to find, half decent food and a big carpark /yes
For those of you who don't know where it is, there's two tunnels, dual carriageway, nice and long, under the airport runways, with a killer roundabout the other end from the Romper :rolleyes4
Only 50mph limit /help lots of airport cctv cameras (no speed cameras - been through at well over xxx mph in a pack of TVRs) - the airport police land rovers regularly go through, but they're interested in transit vans full of semtex and terrorists, not people testing their dump valves and exhausts, and because the airport plod are always through there, regular plod don't bother with it much.
Not seen a speed trap yet either now i've gone and done it...
