Depends on the build quality surely, which you can't guarantee until you receive it.

Thats the stuff that was sold by Halfords a couple of years ago; its actually quite good and with some of the rubber linning they still sell looks even better. They did do a larger top box and a cupboard that hangs on the side. Price is good but no so very much less than it was originally sold for; might be worth seeing some of the now better cabinates they may have at sale prices; the black ones looked very smart.

Looking at the pics it's identical to mine (ta mum!) except the ebay one has the removable panel on the side of the bottom cab to get the top cab inside, god knows why, and some holes drilled on the side presumably for hooks.
Mine was from Toolmaster, last time I looked it was £99-99 but may well be less now, Machinemart also have this...
