saw this V6 Estate on ebay and thought it seam's a rare one as it has Black leather also noticed no tinted rear window's so it can't be a sport??
anyone know what model it might be? i thought it might be a late model GLS with some factory extras throw'n in?? (late model GLS front) it does look a good example

Says it a 2.5. My money is on a V6 Elegance, or whatever they called it, with the Sport alloys.

you could be right Nick, but what about the inner's?? is black leather not quite rare in a Galant (it's one of only a very few ive saw :rolleyes4 )

looks like a standard V6-24 to me apart from the alloys which would have been an option along with the leather and the nardi pack (wood wheel and trim).

Looks very very similar to mine apart from mines black on the outside as well /yes


Black leather is reasonably rare I think but a standard option at the time.

They didn't bring out the Elegence trim level till '02 reg. Mine is an '02 but not an elegance :inquisiti had me confused for a while till i realised its a 2001 car registered on the first day the '02 reg came out. Reasearched all this an awful lot when I was looking for mine :smug: Nice looking motor though :thumbsup:

It's just a bog-standard 1st facelift V6-24 that is. Andy's car is the same, except his interior is tan. The Nardi pack is standard.

The Sport alloys are an accessory.

yep its a V6-24 - chrome grill, wood / leather etc with a set of sport alloys - not an option but probably bought from a dealer or v6 owner

I'd say the V6 sport with seats added - not sure how standard they look?

It's not a Sport - The sports have the 2nd facelift bumper (the Facelift VR-4 style one). It is just a V6-24 with a set of Alloys. Nice looking one tho - black leather is quite a rare option.

That grill is growin on me ... a few cars in the club have this grill now too..
