Guys

Here is a bit more info ref JAE:

The cost of a stand is £1 per car - e.g. if we reserve a stand for 10 cars it will be a tenner.

Then you have to pay £6.00 per day entry when you get there, or £9.00 per day if you wish to camp e.g. attend on the Sunday only would be £6.00 but if you camped there Friday and Saturday night and showed car on the Saturday and Sunday it would be £18.00. There is a fireworks display the Saturday night aswell.

On the JAE forums there are posts about hotels and B+B's. With so many people going we may have missed the boat here a little, and prices seem to be hicked by some places because of JAE

I have sent an email to the organiser to see what size the four stands left will cater for and if we can get one to hold 10 cars I may pre-book it anyhow. Will post back when I get a reply.

Okay,

Barry has now registered the Club for JAE. The organisers will be in contact with him soon but we aim to book a stand for 10 cars - will be first come first served:

Yes I will plan to be off that weekend so put me down for the stand and two attending.

If I have to work and cannot attend then I will pay for the tickets unless my wife takes her Fiesta for the stand as a VR-4 'in development'
