Is the Blonde in the last picture part of the optional Mitsubishi Driver Entertainer/Comfort/Speed Limiter pack?! :inquisiti

Looks a cracker to me. Can't believe so much car can command such low prices. But that's the way it is unfortunately. Note the cills/ are colour coded - nice touch. Did you do that?

Yes, got the sills colour coded last year. I`m only selling it cos i`ve `aquired` 2 dogs. --thanks to the optional speed limiter co pilot. So 4x4 it is.

Ah! So you're getting a Legnum then!!:scholar:

/Hijack - Sorry!/pan

Looks like a lovely example and I'll ask at work - someone's been looking to change cars for a little while. I'll post on here if I get any 'serious' interest for you.

Hello there, firstly saw you car on Autotrader and then saw it on here yesterday, with the registration plate put two and two together and right enough, after todays replies it's the same car!

Anyway, whereabouts in the country are you? I'm in Maybole, 9 miles south of Ayr and wouldn't mind having a wee look at the car.

Can you drop me a note of the service history details, mileages carried out at which gagrages etc.

Legnth of ownership, with details of any repairs carried out?

Any modifications?

And the correct colour of the car, looks like a dark green to me but not overly sure.

Also was the car originally on a Y reg or 51/01 reg before the private plate?

Cheers Robert.

Hi mate, I`m In Stranraer (just 40 miles down the road) I`ve had the Galant for a year and a half. I`m not going to muck about, Its the best car i`ve ever owned. It drives like brand new and looks a lot better in than in the photos.
Service history;
Pre Inspection delivery on 1/05/01 (when new)
1st service 29/01/02 at 9263miles
2nd service 03/12/02 at 17933 miles
3rd service 01/09/03 at 27764 miles
4th service 29/04/04 at 34314 miles
5th service 06/10/04 at 40553 miles
6th service 07/11/05 at 46224 miles.

The first four were Mitsubishi main dealer services. The 5th was by the garage I purchased the car from (Strachans in Ayr).
The last service was done at my work. I work for P&0 ferries on the docks and on my shift there are two time served mechanics. The car was serviced correctly receiving an engine flush to remove whatever rubbish oil Strachans had used in their `service`(if they`d used any) then the correct weight oil and new filter was put back in. The cooling system was then flushed and a new coolant change was completed along with a washable (K&N) panel air filter.
All the levels were checked and were(and still are )
spot on.
The car has never been in accidents and has never had any mechanical repairs. It needs nothing. The only modifications to the car are colour coded side skirts (cost £170 on 20/04/05) Sports panel filter , Remote control MP3 player and 17 inch alloys. The spare alloys are in the garage and go with the car.
Its washed EVERY week and polished as often as thr weather permits and the seats get regular leather feed treatment.

I`m sorry to waffle on but as you`ve probably gathered it`s been looked after. Nobody has bothered to see the car in the couple of weeks I`ve advertised it. That bugs me seeing as I had a pile of ****e freelander that broke down every month got massive interest and sold for fun.
Anything you need to know just call 07917681648. Cheers, Brian
