That plug nearest the bottom yellow arrow looks like it's got fecken teeth! :eek:

Don't know if it helps but I've just taken my engine out to have a look.. the only problem is, I don't know where all these pipes go now either... :Cry1: the things you do for a mate.. :D

On a serious note, I have some pictures of INSERT INTO post VALUES (I think it was Zentac who posted them) a VR-4 engine like those above if they help.

Download them from here: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/mark.brindley1/VR-4%20engine.zip I saved them ages ago but can't find the thread now so get them from above instead.

cool nick.. now i know where two of the pipes go..

The thicker one looks like it goes back into the firewall

The smaller looks like its used to connect the pipe I posted earlier about
Does that make sence ?

could you take a photo from the same sort of angle as the one above? so i can see it? im finding it hard to picture in my head.. and im assuming firewall = heat shield?

There are 2 pipes about 1" apart

These are the best i can do mate
