I know I'm going to end up as the insane forum loner who never shuts up about 7G Galants when the Club's supposed to be for the 8th gen, but...

:smitten:
1994 MITSUBISHI Galant VR 4 2.0L (http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www/cars_search.asp?modelexact=1&lid=search_used_cars_full&make=MITSUBISHI&model=GALANT&variant=vr+4+2.0L&keywords=&min_pr=75&max_pr=&mileage=&agerange=&postcode=sw1a+1aa&miles=100&max_records=50&source=0&photo=1&sort=3&ukcarsearch_full=SEARCH)
V6 Auto Twin Turbo, 4wd, excellent black bodywork, taxed, MoT, great condition. £2,295.
Looks to be the Braintree area of Essex, going by the phone number.

Cheap way to VR4 ownership? That's the way I did it, and I don't have any regrets. Also, it'd give me a British 7G buddy to talk to. We can form our own little club, just the two of us, away from the rest of these 8G snobs who look down on me. Oh, go on, I'm so lonely...
:P

I noticed that the VR4s are thin on the ground at the moment.

Does look good in black there... one day! I wonder what insurance is like on 7G VR4s compared to 8s?

That looks lovely. After reading your plan for a 7G track day car, it has made me want to do it too. It would be such a monster on track!

Methinks you ought to review that plan!!

Yes, it has taken me a week to post these pics of the above motioned vr4,/pan
as the location was only a few miles from me (not much galant/vr4 activity in Essex) i thought i would take a look.

Drove round and met jim an extremely helpful chap, who was quite happy to answer all of my questions:zzz:
Anyway he also happens to have a few more cars for sale that might be of interest namely a galant sports gt and a AMG tuned galant here they are..i hope

Don't get too carried away by the AMG badge. The car has a whole TEN (yes, ten!) horsepower more than the standard JDM-Spec 2.0 6G Galant, making a whole 170bhp.

That model hasn't even got ECS. So you're paying a premium for some silly seat covers, a bit of wood, black wheels and some body styling.

Oh, and an AMG spark plug cover. Rowwwrrr!
