We have a stand booked, and will be taking a gazebo and BBQ's ! Gates will be open to exhibitors on Sunday July 16th from 6am until 9am and the event is open to the public from 10am – 5pm.

Just had a reply back from the organisers and there is no issue with us having a stand....in fact we can have as big a stand as we like - they have 30 acres to play with !

BTW - there is no entrance fee for invited exhibitors.....but they would like a donation to Cancer Research on the day.....sounds fair enough to me.

How much room have we got at this show ?
If there is enough for a gazebo could we squeeze in a BBQ or two for lunch.
It would be a lot nicer and cheaper than buying lunch from a burger wagon.
Ive got a largish 12V cooler box that could be used.

At SM5 people stayed at the Premier Lodge just off Junc 25 (M5) that's reasonably priced but there are plenty of Guest Houses in and around Taunton. if you fancy something less commercial :2thumbsup

The local newspaper have run a feature on this event giving a plan and list
attending club's etc. It looks like it could be an interesting day.
The CVR4 stand looks huge, almost twice the size of the Mitsi main dealer right next door.

Went down to AP at 11pm last night. Kev is still rebuilding the car and there's no way it will be ready for next weekend, but it has to be by the following one as there is a show at Exeter we need are attending as an AP trade stand and he needs to be on it.

All I can say is the car is gonna look and be awesome........!
