Im an idiot and have looked for a article detailing how to actually replace your bulbs but cant find one. Is there one, and if there is can a helpful chap (or chapess) post the link.
cheers.

You have three bulbs in each headlight.
The types have been posted elsewhere, and I can't remember which way round they are at the moment!
1. side light
2. dipped beam
3. main beam

Pop the bonnet, follow the wires into the back of the headlight and you can see roughly where the bulbs are. You will have to remove a rubber cover to get to the fitting - the rubber just pulls off and pushes on. (Oooer!!) Once the rubber is out of the way, release the connector from the back of the bulb. Once the connector is released you should be able to release a simple wire clip that holds the bulb in the right place. Note which way round the bulb is as you take it out - they are designed to only fit in one orientation. One of the bulbs sits in a plastic holder - you'll know which one as the replacememnt bulb will obviously not be the same shape! Swap the holder over and bobs your uncle.

Refitting is the reverse procedure of removal.

Only one hint - If you have big fingers then the job is easier if you remove the headlight. Four bolts for the headlight - one at the back of the indicator into the wing, one into the slam panel, two revealed by popping the grille off the front of the car. (Grill pops off with a handfull of prod-with-a-screwdriver-to-release clips.)

Does that help?
