Sorry to hear that John, this is the same VR4 that you had at the Donnington mini meet - it was a nice car then, and I like the sound of the mods since.

Good luck with the sale, fingers crossed for a change in fortunes for you.

Google will do it for you (Try this clicky (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=87000km+in+miles&btnG=Search&meta=)) (really useful feature, and will convert all sorts of units)

aggreed actually, its always something i overlook though as its only £20-£30 at a time (although it will add up to a few thousand in a year i would of thought) :'(

You're not going to fill up then?

I simply cannot get more than 16mpg unless i'm on the motorway. £50 generally sees me 150-180 miles. I did £200 on fuel week before last, which was a little scary. You WILL question your purchase once the fuel bills start to eat away at your expendable income (unless you got pots of money), but everytime you start her up, you'll forget about all that.

Spose if your gonna get an EVO you'll have to get used to the fuel costs though.

dux_2002

im used to fuel bills already £60 in my 200 sees me about 240 miles and thats combined town/motorway :( hense my 2nd car, a pug diesel that takes all of my work miles, its paid for itself and the insurance time and time over, and ive only had it a few months!

i only drive my 200 once a week, mabe twice, depending on what im doing.
leaving it a while makes you appretiate (sp) it more when you do drive it i find aswell :)

i never fill up for some reason no, no idea why though. ill fill her up and try and get her home on 1 tank though.

I've got a pug diesel for my day to day too, great ain't they!

Yep, you do appreciate your car when you drive it, specially after driving a snotter all the time.
