Sorry, no idea where you can get them, but I'd like to know.

I am a bit dubious about the whole after market Altezza light thing though. I bought some Altezza style taillights for my girlfriend's BMW 318i convertible off trademe a few months ago. Those things were crap. Firstly, I had to rewire and resolder a feedback circuit for them. Otherwise the the brake light fuse would keep blowing. Now they're leaking and are all fogged up. Be sure you get good quality ones for your legnum.

best chance would be to go to advanced automotive or some place like that i think they will have to import them.

MEANT ALTEZZA STYLE LIGHTS - NOT ACTUALLY LEGNUM ONES!!

When people refer to Altezza style lights, they usually mean the clear crystal idea...

What exactly do you mean?

Altezza style light generally is understood to mean clear lens instead of red and chrome housing.

Alternativley, you could mean Altezza style as in, actual altezza light merged some how into a legnum, or other car

Legnum lights are red, so you say that not acutually legnum ones so confirm they are not standard red ones? and confirm if they are clear of not?

Don't get ****ty, its just alot of people are interested and i have done some investigation and have found NONE, unless we order 500+ units. So we are just questioning you to make sure they do exist as all signs point to no at the moment.

Maybe they where home made ones? did they look good?

Ok let's clear this up. No-one is getting ****ty, especially not me lol.

Toyota Altezza:

Now look at the lights. And see why people refer to them as "Altezza" lights. Because the Altezza was the first car to come with these kinds of lights standard. Since then there has been an explosion on the market of these types of "Altezza Style" lights.

Here is an "Altezza Style" light on a Nissan Titan:

Get it?

yup i do mean the crystal clear ones, i have deffinatley seen 2 legnums here in chch with them in!! - yes they looked extremely good, i guess it is a possibility that they have modified some from another make of car but i cant even find any that would be an approximate match for size etc... - the other thing was that the rear corner lights were also clear, and that is what got my eye, i have been ttrying to track them down but it was around the time of fours and rotaries and it is highly possible they were from out of town:happy:

Depending on HOW the stock ones are constructed, it might be possible to make them clear. If the plastic is orange (red? I'm colour blind), then it would be impossible, but if its an internal stain/tint, then you could probably remove it.

Altezza lights really only belong on Altezzas imo, they tend to just look cheap and tacky on other cars.

well does this warrant some research into a group buy on manufacturing some clear ones?? but in saying that, bulbs are out and led's are in so wouldnt it be better to redesign our own unit?

classic example is the Mazda6,the PFL lights are bulbs and the FL are Led's running,i preffer the FL ,looks more classy

I prefer the last gen of mazda 6. I thinks it's the chrome that ruins things for me.
