What is a Legnum VR?

Hey guys.

This question is on Behalf of Maori_By_Nature as he doesn't have internet access at his new place.


What is a Legnum VR?
I've seen a few cars lately that just have VR on them, no VR-4 or VR-G or VR-X etc etc. Just VR.

Does anyone know what these are?

my mate got a gto vr and i been told it lighter then the normal gto but don'thold me on that

I could be wrong, but I think that was a New Zealand new model. No idea, what it comes with though.

:thinking: Doesn't exist according to this site, other than the galant 7G Galant VR? Maybe someones been playing with the badges from the galants? Or the '4' fell off on a tight bend..../pan

The VR Model which are NZ New, same kit and sporty features as the VR4's but less the turbos and 4WD...i remember seeing a brochure at Mitsi a while back (sorry didn't grab one)

There is a Galant VR, which is an NZ new model with the 2.5 v6, non-turbo and quite a high spec, normally with leather and stuff like that.

Never seen a Legnum VR though.

The V6 did come in Galant VR wagon format, according to the NZ brochure (http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14511) (CVR4 Members only)

I've seen some badged as V6-24, but never VR, I beleive that the brochure is referring to the V6-24

David could of said Galant VR's as oppossed to Legnum VR's. I can't quite remember.

I haven't seen them.

My contact at mitsi who buys laptops from me every week or two drives an indigo blue Galant VR. He has been offered a 380 as a company car, but he prefers the styling of the Galant :)
