the last service was the big one (cambelt)

so now 9k later im due another

i guess its the filter change and oil change am i right?

if so can you suggest where i get the bits from (i already have a k&n so no worries there)

also is amsoil really something i should be getting?

From everbody elses recommendation amsoil I would say a definate yes.

Filters and such can be bought from Camskill.

syl don't forget we can do the service for you if you need it

as its only 9k it only needs oils filters and checking over.

as for amsoil all cars will benefit from good oils so yes if you can afford it use it

its auto

fully synth if possible (its got semi at the mo)

all i need is the oil cos ive got a K&N as mentioned before.

Best make sure the K&N is well oiled too.

aye i do that myself,

used to have one in the discovery, so had to clean it of mud and grime most months

Get the mitsubishi (purflux) filter... it's only about £7.50.

Amsoil.... my amsoil engine oil has been in for about 3000 miles now, and still looks the same as it did when it went in. By this point my last lot of oil was looking a tad worse for wear, and had turned into tar by 7000 miles.

ok no worries.

been looking for prices for oil and i would hazard a guess that there is more out there than just amsoil

i used to use millers in my landie and it worked fine.
