I was changing my front pads yesterday and noticed i have a busted spring. :5shots:
It'll have to be replaced since the MOT is due next month. Anyone replaced springs for standard ones before? what was the cost ? is it a simple job or do i have to have some tools to compress the spring to fit it ?
Or is it worth just going for a set of Tien lowering ones from camskill?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Don't know if anyone has ever bought a new one, but maybe try Zedy1 for a second hand one. I bet cost wise a set of the Teins won't be much more than one single Mitsy one either !

Yep. Cheap fix go to Zedy1.

Expensive - the Tein Superwagons have been fitted by a member who rates them highly.

If you get tein can you tell me what size spanner they are.

...and you'll need a spring compressor (they're cheap) unless you buy a shock/spring set already assembled.

I just install D2 coil with spring. They are hard on street but very good in handling.
