The following guide has been compiled to assist you to optimise and resize your images before uploading to CVR4. Optimising your images prior to upload will prevent you from exceeding the upload limit. For example, reducing an image from 900kb to 300kb will allow you to upload 2 more optimised files..

CVR4 recommends using the following application.

Options/Features

Simple Four-Step Workflow
Easy 'Apply recommended' option to make it even more user friendly
Works with single files as well as with multiple files all at once
Option to convert between graphics formats (.bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png, and .tif)
Can be used to create thumbnails (takes one move on a slider)
Smart Ratio Calculation (image proportions can be overruled by the user)
Error logging (checks for corrupted images a. o.)

Recommended Settings.

1. Copy your image that you want to resize to a new folder
2. Create a new folder within called "resized"
3. Open PIXresizer.
4. Select the source and desitination folders.
5. Set size. (1024 or 800)
6. Click on JPEG.
7. In JPEG Quality window select 90%.
8. Click "Save Pictures.
