Leather or Velour

I find that the standard leather seats in the galant are less comfortable than the velour ones. I now have a back ache from the seats.

Anyone else having this problem?

I found that my first Galant was the most comfortable - the GLS velour was great, and whilst the seat is the same shape and the cushions appear identical, both my V6 Sport (non-velour fabric) and Ariadne (leather) are not quite as supportive.

It could be a combination of the sport's setup. I found the GLS to be the most comfortable over the sport velour and sport leather. But the leather is deffo the worst to the point that I may switch the driver seat back to velour.

I could sleep in my seats, they are by far the most comfortable seats i've ever had in a car. I'd go so far as to say, I haven't been many cars with nicer/better seats than these babies.

I don't like leather too much, I had the standard seats in my gdi and they were ok, nothing special though. The VR-4 Recaro's are great though :D

I had black leather buckets in my old MR2 and even though they were extremely coumfy and looked the beesknees they were a nightmare in the summer with the sweaty arse factor, and got very hot when the sun was blazing.

Other than that, I find the current velour seats in the VR4 very good. And considering they are almost 10 years old, have never lost there shape and still look like new.

Standard back seats, but retrimmed in the same leather as the fronts, Quite handy really, cus i've got the nice buckets in the front to keep my ass in place, with a nice wipeable surface for the kids in the back. The kids don't eat or drink in the car, but on occasion I find muddy swipes from shoes and wellies.

You got a bench in yours Osiris or are you putting singles in the back too.

Hmmm by the offchance I can find another set of exactly the same Evo 6.5 Recaros I'll put them in the back.

But the chance of that will be like less than 1 in 1000. First I've got to find and Evo 6.5 to get the seats from :| LOL
