/pan Ok, 6 months later and my gauges from my old car still just sit there, staring glumly out of the consol at me. After all the fiddling /Grrr last time (the factory pressure sensor snapped and had to be drilled out:scholar: ), i definately want to use a sandwich plate to install the senders for oil temp and pressure.

The thing is i cant understand why theyr so stupidly expensive:inquisiti , driven performance sell them for about $90 (what i paid for both autogauge gauges). I missed getting one of the no name brand ones on Trademe new for about $30, and now the guy isn't selling them any more, but they look practically the same.

Is there any difference? Some heat transfer thing or something, or is it all a brand thing? And number 2, where is a good place to get a new one for a reasonable price in Auckland?

As Gly said, try Sedgin

Very good service, and heaps cheaper than driven performance who IMO are very expensive.

there is nothing 6a13tt specific anywhere...

its more of a mitsi specific item anyway... they are the importers of obx/autoguage gear here in NZ so they should have them
