hoping to have the car up and running by tuesday got the engine fired up INSERT INTO post VALUES (actually it fired up the first time) just need to finsh frontb suspension and crosss member on :D:cool1:

Great news!

Do you have any idea why it did what it did?
Did you fire up the nitrous to quick? or did it just die..?

What nitrous system are you using? and are you using progressive?

BREAKDOWN:
power steering belt broke and manged to get into the cambelt cover and got caught with the cambelt and caused timing to move out its place hence smashing the valves.

the nitrous is progressive.

Wow!! what is the chances of that happening?!!! :eek:

Have you got any pictures of the nitrous install? be interesting to see where the pipes etc go.
