Looks like a White Ford Capri with a Red Cross painted from front to back and side to side. Making an England Flag :2thumbsup

I didn't get a pic, but today saw Blue Volkswagon Passat Taxi with the back of his wing mirrors painted white with a red cross on. :inquisiti
