funny noise coming from god knows where.

i seem to have this strange noise that pops up every now and again.

did you guys ever put a bit of board,card or plastic inbetween your spokes to make push bike sound like a motorbike?? if you did thats what this noise sounds like.

any thoughts guys?

my car goes in for a genaral check up tomorrow morning to fix a few niggaling problems. i want to add this to the list but not sure how to exsplain it to the guy fixing my car without sounding like an idiot.

your guard liner maybe loose,
and rubs on the tyre as you speed up and the wind is strong enough to push it againest the tyre

I think Gly's answer is probably bob on. Mine tends to pop out now and again, but not enough for it to rub... fnaar fnaar, ooher..... etc etc

you are right the guard has come lose. how do i fix it back on to the body?

i used cable ties,
cheap and easy :D

Yep cable ties is the way to go, got loads of them under my car holding various bits of black plastic crap up /Grrr
