late 1996 VR4 - what should I pay?

We've been looking around on the offchance of seeing a Legnum VR4 on the cheap to replace our Legnum ST.

I've spotted a nice black one which fits the bill its a late 1996 going for £3600. Is that a good price or are there more about going for less?

I saw Zedys go on ebay a week ago, but you know women, the missus didn't want silver.

Any comments / suggestions welcome.

Guess it depends on condition, mileage, service history, mods etc. Can you supply any more info ?

65000 miles, just imported, was brought in with damaged rear light and bumper which have been repaired. does not have the touch-screen, but has the moon roof.

Was on ebay last week and did not sell.

I don't think its a type S - what differences are there ?

I would recommend an AA/RAC inspection, a thorough test drive and then if you're happy it seems a cheap enough price.
