Hi Guys

Ive decided to get a straight through ss exhaust put on my car today from the turbos back :d This will be my second most expensive outlay on my Vr4 after my new wheels and tires. The place is in congleton, cheshire callled autofixed.co.uk.I aint decided yet what sort of back end i want but at this moment in time the vee's dual exit set up is right up there. Im after the growl of the m5 exhaust tone (the one b4 the 196 mph nut) soo here's hoping. For those intrested i will submit pics of the zorst in action and a sound bite as well. If anyone's off work or lives nearby give us a look in :2thumbsup My next thing on the agenda will be to sort out this blooming air leak thats been hampering my performance /Grrr
catch you tmrw guys /Wyhy

And boy does it sound 'Kin awesome..

very nice welding and pipework from what I saw.. and it sounds an absolute dream, no hollow/echoey sound but from a nice deep burble at tickover to deep growl when at aprt throttle that turns into mayhem above 4K revs.. :2thumbsup

Pix and soundbite required geeza :afro:

Im sorry about the wait with pictures. I bought my camera with me but left it in the car /pan.When i realised, the car was 7ft in the air. My mate took pics with his palm phone thingy so im waiting on him to email the pics to my email addy.I think the size used was 2.5 with a 4 inch box. Due to my ongoing air leak :embarasse (yes i still have it) from standstill pick up is still a bit lacklustra but where i have noticed a massive gain is the time it gets from 80mph to 120 :D and it holds boost well. I tend to drive in lazy barstward mode (drive)which i thought was pretty good but when pezza drove it last night in tip mode the car had alot more ommff and the zorst sounded absolutely AWESOME :iloveyou:. I must say after a blast in pezza,s legbarge it's very very quick :shocked::shocked:
Im gonna bother my mate right now for them pics /grr

Cost me £90 to get to cheshire and back but the zorst was such a good price i got under the car sealed. The guys in autofixed were very friendly and professional and made me and my mate very welcome. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a straight through SS hand made zorst what sounds the Bolloc:lipsrseals but doesn't cost the earth!!!
Speak to a Pete(Autofixed) and he will hook you up :2thumbsup

It really does sound good I gotta say, esp the way it goes bezerk from half to WOT..

Hmm could I live without any inline silencers?? :inquisiti
