Official setting is - 0.09' to + 0.09'. However, general concensus is to
set as near to parallel or slight toe-in as possible. :2thumbsup

Does this apply to both front and rear?

I have heard that it is difficult to adjust the settings at the back if lowered, is that true?
Anyone that has adjusted the rear after lowering the VR-4?
