What Springs?

Hi

I want to get some sports Bilstein shocks but dont know which ones i need for the saloon and where I can get them for my car /help

Secondly i know a lot of people here say the Eibach Pro Kit Springs are good but they only offer 30mm drop.. which will only make the car look normal once its lowered. So i want 40mm minimum drop on the springs. would these be ok to use on bilstein shocks?

After some advise from Spirit and the good reviews iv been reading i have opted for the Bilstein B12 Suspension Kit:

ok am sure the answer has been posted to this however i cant find it at this moment in time.
a buyer has asked me to fit the standard springs onto my GLS, but I only have the V6 sport ones, i think. Will they fit?

yes they will - but it might handle and drive like a pig. There is a post somewhere of someone having done this...... found it here

have u loked into getting a set of standard springs from a gls owner here? or from ur local motor factors (if its worthwhile££ just to get the sale)??? what about Mo?

Scottish Ian had lowering springs on his old GLS - ping him to see if he maybe has his old ones (if they didnt go with the car)?
