Quick update
The member of the vbulletin team has investigated the temp forum, and given me several points I need to raise with the hosting company. He found, atleast from what i can tell, no issues with the vbulletin side (not hard as its a fresh install)..
Anways, i have logged a ticket with the hosting company to get a couple PHP settings changed.
I'll keep you posted (boom boom)

Yeah I've only just started getting them too.
I tried to download one of the attachments with getright, which is download helper software. It downloaded 63% of all images, then got disconnected from the server. Very strange....

oh, aye!.. regarding migration to a new server.. we have to wait till the 3rd of August. They are in the middle of a migration to a cluster server/farm...
heres the schedule.. so i have been told to wait untill this has completed.
28th July - 2nd August: Migration sites to the new server cluster
3rd August: Old nameserver records (e.g. ns1/2.hu-atlas.com) will be added and made live with our new dedicated DNS servers
4th August: Services on existing servers will be stopped

Yeah 100% working in Opera and Firefox. I haven't tried IE as i don't used it, but pages load, PM's work, Icons work, attachments work. I am using the same versions of firefox, opera and zone alarm. May just be a coincidence?
