MMC, mostly childish wanna be types stick with my own people, not very social
(my opinion from the very few early meets i went to when i had my galant)

also from what i have heard choosen few are a dodgy lot,
so just not comfortable with them.

Hey no need to drag anyone's name through the mud. I'm loyal to CF and I have signed up as a paid registered member to CVR4 too because of the resources and great people.

Have you actually experienced one of our meets or anything?

I've been to a chosen few meet and everyone seemed friendly, but I wouldn't really want them or mmc joining us on a meet for the simple reason that both clubs are more boy racer than clubvr4. I wouldn't want to see a ton of loud evo's and sub's mixed up drawing lots of attention (bad) to our cars.

I'd prefer it if a smaller number of vr-4's went out on the town together being respectable and doing things legally, and attracting attention to the club with a group of nice cars :)

I'd like to do another nighttime meet like last years, it was good fun and I think we should stick to that formula.

where as i find CVR4 a more grown up lot which i prefer to be associated with and just socialise with,

Of course you are most welcome, you dont even have to own a VR4 to be among ClubVR4, you just have to have an interest or a love for the brand, everyone has the right to have their own opinion or state what they have heard about other clubs, parts etc! But I assure you the ClubVR4 are not like that to say no one is not welcome... Again you are most welcome

with 17 positive replies so far from CVR4 members alone it seems we don't need to involve other clubs for this one. Of coarse any one is welcome to our meets and in our club irrespective of what other affiliations they have. I would imagine that a meet like our last night meet in town is what we are after, it was a great time and really relaxed.

BTW I vote for Sept 16th 6pm at Kelly Tarltons car park obviously the manditory pick ups on the way at Bombay, Botany, Greenlane and Takapuna Golf coarse for the others...
